There is an alternate efficacious remedy available to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Collector challenging the order dated 24.01.2022 passed by the Tahsildar Jalgaon. 2.

The writ petition is therefore disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Collector. The time spent in prosecution of present petition be considered while deciding the issue of delay, if any.
