The award has been delivered on 19.08.2022. The land of the Petitioners in Gut No.135 has been acquired on 28.12.1999, for the purpose of construction of a village tank. The tank has been constructed and payments to the Contractors have also been made. The amounts payable to the Petitioners is also quantified in the award. The learned AGP prays for at least 90 days time for disbursement of compensation. 2.

Considering the dates and sequences of events and the fact that the land was acquired in 1999 and when payments have been made even to the Contractors, we are granting only 60 days time to the State for

( 2 ) 49 wp 9468.24 disbursement of the compensation amount along with statutory interest as is payable.
