Heard Mr. Jadhavar, the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent Nos. 5 to 34 are not residents within the Gram Panchayat area of Satra. The petitioner has raised an objection in the month of February, 2020, the same is not considered. Their names still appear in the valid voters list.

We have Mr. Kadethankar, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and Mr. Lakhotiya, the learned A.G.P. for respondent / State.

It is submitted that the petitioner did not raise objection to the provisional voters list published on 01.12.2020. The provisional voters list was published on 01.12.2020. The objections were invited from 01.12.2020 to 07.12.2020 and thereafter the voters list was finalised and the petitioner did not raise objection within the stipulated period of 01.12.2020 to 07.12.2020, the case of the petitioner cannot be considered.
