The applicants who are original respondent Nos.2 & 3 in First Appeal No.1900 of 2010 have prayed for withdrawal of amount of Rs.1,00,000/- each, falling to their share as per the order dated 1st December, 2010 in the Appeal itself. The appeal is already disposed of.

Under the aforesaid order the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- each was directed to invest in the name of original Pooja K.

{2} 39-CA-15335-2022 respondent Nos.2 to 5 till they attain majority. 4.

Now it appears that, the present applicants who are original respondent Nos.2 and 3 have attend majority. 5.

As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

The application accordingly disposed of.
