The Petitioner has put forth prayer clauses (C) and (D) as under:- "(C) To direct respondent no.2 to decide the Application/proposal dated 19.05.2018 at EXHIBIT "G" COLLY filed by the petitioner read with letter dated 31.12.2018 at EXHIBIT "E" and grant/issue registration certificate to the child home run by the petitioner within one month from today and for that purpose issue necessary orders.
(D) To direct respondent no. 1 and 2 to pay the grant to the petitioner sanstha from year 2013 as per the audit report of the petitioner sanstha for running the child home and for that purpose issue necessary orders."

In similar set of circumstances, this Court has passed the order on 02.05.2023 at Aurangabad in Writ Petition No.5051 of 2023 and connected group of cases, by relying upon the judgment dated 08.09.2022, delivered in Writ Petition No.7821 of 2021 filed by Mother Teresa Balakashram Vs The State of Maharashtra and others. Similar order has been passed on 10.10.2022 in Writ Petition No.10317 of 2022 filed by Rajarshi Shahu Babuuddeshiya Gramin Vikas Sanstha Vs The State of Maharashtra and Others. 3.
The learned AGP submits that he would not argue against the law laid down by this Court. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the directions issued in the above referred orders can be made applicable to this case as the proposal of the Petitioner, seeking renewal of license, is pending. 4.
Considering the above, we are reproducing the order/direction of this Court passed in Mother Teresa (supra) and Rajarshi Shahu Bahuuddeshiya Gramin Vikas Sanstha (supra), as under:- "4.
In view of the above, both these writ petitions are disposed off.

Needless to state, respondent No.2 shall initiate steps to take a decision on the proposals of the petitioners and in the event of any shortcomings, he would grant time to the petitioners to rectify the shortcomings. After such rectification, the petitioners would approach respondent No.2 with the rectified proposals within four weeks and thereafter, respondent No.2 would take a final decision on the proposals within sixteen (16) weeks from today."

The learned AGP submits that in the present case, the proposal of the Management is pending and the same can be decided expeditiously with similarly situated proposals. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that the Petitioner is satisfied.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. The pending proposal of the Petitioner shall be decided expeditiously. In the event of any deficiencies noticed in the proposal, the competent Authority would immediately convey those to the Petitioner, on its email address, so as to be removed. [ Y. G.
