Heard learned counsel for parties by consent. 4.

Learned counsel for applicants points out contents of the applications and submits that there is no element of deliberation or negligence in approaching the court. He submits that applicants could not move earlier for the reasons as are appearing in applications. 5.

Mr. Sanap, learned counsel though purports to resist applications for condonation of delay, however, he is not in a position to challenge veracity of the contents of applications and reasons thereunder. 6.

In view of aforesaid, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and stand disposed of.
