This matter was heard for some time. After we expressed our disinclination, the learned Advocate for the appellant has taken instructions from the appellant. It is submitted on instructions that the appellant would withdraw this appeal and prays for liberty to deposit the residual amount of Rs.30,000/-, in two installments, in the Family Court at Aurangabad. The learned Advocate for the respondents is agreeable.

As such, this Family Court Appeal as well as Civil Application are disposed off, as withdrawn.

The appellant shall deposit Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen thousand) by 10/09/2021 and a further amount of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen thousand) by 10/10/2021, before the Family Court at Aurangabad.
