Heard. Although this Court last time had given the applicant an opportunity to move if the trial could not be concluded within a period of eight months, on going through the F.I.R., this Court is not inclined to allow the application. It is a case based on direct evidence.

The applicant is husband of the deceased. The deceased was at her parental house. On the given day, he had gone to the house of the in-laws in the afternoon to get her back. He assaulted his wife with a sickle, brick and even iron pipe. There is eye witness account. The petitioner has brutally murdered his wife. For these reasons, the application is rejected. (R.G.
