Mr. Kadu, learned counsel for petitioner submits that respondent No.7 is creating environmental pollution including the noise pollution. He does not have permission of the Pollution Control Board. The petitioner can also set the criminal law in motion if the petitioner feels it is a case of public nuisance and as averred in paragraph 4 of the writ petition.

If environmental issue arises, then the petitioner can approach the Green Tribunal.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
