Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants. 2.

Perused the order of this Court dated 14th June, 2018. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

In view of the order of allowing the application, it may be necessary for us to modify the order of the Division Bench dated 14th June, 2018 accordingly. As it was directed by this Court to the Collector, on

2737.19ca (2) receipt of the application, the Collector shall assure determination of amount of rental compensation either by himself or through his subordinate as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months and then on determination of the amount of rental compensation, respondent Nos.4 an 5 shall pay the amount so determined to the petitioners within a period of four months from the date of such determination, we only state that the time schedule directed by this Court would come in operation on the submission of application by the petitioners/applicants to the Collector. The application is accordingly disposed of.
