ORDER :

Heard the learned counsel for review applicants. The application is filed on the ground that the point raised by the appellants in Second Appeal No. 476/2016 that the decree holder was not landless person, she was having property like lodge including many rooms is not dealt with and so, the review needs to be done of the decision.

This Court has discussed the point involved in the matter. It was case between licensor and licensee and in view of this circumstance, other points were not required to be dealt with by the Court. There is no force in the submission made in the review application. The case on which reliance placed by the learned counsel for review applicants reported as (2008) 4 Supreme Court Cases 594 [Anathula Sudhakar Vs. P. Buchi Reddy (Dead) by L.Rs. and Ors.] need not be considered in the suit filed by licensor against licensee. 3.

Review application stands dismissed.
