PER COURT :- The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the Honourable Apex Court has delivered a judgment on 24.7.2019 by allowing Civil Appeal No.5821 of 2019. The applicant herein is directed to deposit the amount as assessed by the P. F. Authorities with the said office at Aurangabad within one month. The said period would expire on 24.8.2019.
It is pointed out that as against the assessed amount of Rs.15,00,000/- as in 1993, the applicant has deposited Rs.7,00,000/- in this Court on 8.7.1993 and the said amount has been invested in fixed deposit receipts. Interest has also accumulated on the said amount. akl/d

BENCH AT AURANGABAD 2- CIVIL APPLICATION NO.10131 OF 2019 Learned Advocate for the respondent / P. F. Department submits that instead of the applicant withdrawing the entire amount from this Court and depositing it with the P. F. Authorities at Aurangabad, the P. F. Authority may be permitted to withdraw the said amount so as to be deposited in the P. F. Account of the applicant / management. In view of the above, this application is disposed off. The Registry of the Court shall transfer the amount of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rs. Seven Lakhs only/-) along with accrued interest, to the P. F. Authorities in their State Bank of India, Industrial Area, Aurangabad Branch account No.11162575122, IFSC : SBIN0003449.
Considering the above, it shall be deemed that the applicant has complied with the directions of the Honourable Apex Court, save and except the calculation of the amount that was to be deposited. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J. ) ...
