AfÏdavit-in-reply is filed on behalf of respondent No.6, wherein it is stated that with the co-operation of Tahasil OfÏce and Block Development OfÏcer, Panchayat Samiti, Udgir, the alleged encroachment is removed and now there is no hurdle to construct the road. Since the rainy season is going on, as soon as the same is over construction work of the road from Hali to Kharabwadi will be carried out on priority basis.

We record the said statement as undertaking to this Court and dispose of the contempt petition.
