Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant, the learned APP for the State and the learned Advocate for the First Informant. Perused the papers on record.

The Applicant, who is named in the FIR, upon which, the Crime No.0026/2025 is registered with the Osmannagar Police Station, Dist. Nanded for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 118(1), 115(2), 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short, 'BNS'), is apprehending arrest and therefore, this Application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, 'BNSS') for Anticipatory Bail. 3.

The case of the Prosecution, as reveled from the FIR, is that, on 09.02.2025 the Informant's Cousin Brother was travelling on the

Motorcycle for going to CIDCO Nanded. On the way, the Applicant, who was driving the four (4) wheeler, gave cut to his Motorcycle. Some quarrel took place, which was pacified by the villagers. On the next day i.e. 10.02.2025 in the evening, when there was Bhandara at the village temple, the Applicant along with Co-Accused came and picked up quarrel on the point of the previous day incident. The quarrel turned violent. The Applicant hit the Informant's Maternal Uncle with the Iron Tommy in the head. The others assaulted the Injured Witnesses. As the matter was reported to the Police, the aforesaid Crime came to be registered.

Undoubtedly, the Applicant is named in the FIR. The Medico Legal Certificate of the Informant's Maternal Uncle - Govind Kondiba Rahire, to whom the Applicant assaulted, show that, he suffered two (2) Simple Injuries. The Tommy used by the Applicant has been seized. The Investigation is complete and the Charge-sheet is filed. In this view of the matter, no custodial interrogation of the Applicant is necessary and hence, the following order.

O R D E R

i) The Application is allowed.

ii) In the event of arrest of the Applicant, namely, Prajval Sanjay Paradkar, in connection with Crime No.0026/2025 registered with the Osmannagar Police Station, Dist. Nanded, he be released on bail on executing P.B. of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with one or two surety/sureties in the like amount.

iii) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called.

iv) The Applicant shall not tamper the evidence of the Prosecution in any manner.

v) Bail before the Trial Court.

vi) The Application stands disposed off.
