O R D E R

[27th July, 2024] 01.

This appeal is placed before today's Lok Adalat with consent of the parties.

The claimants are present and are identified by their Advocate. Ms. Surekha Bhimrao Korke, Executive Engineer, Jalna Irrigation Division, Jalna is present.

Both the parties have filed compromise pursis, which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. As the enhancement is within four times of the compensation granted by the SLAO, the respondent agreed to deposit the enhanced compensation within one year in the reference Court (as per clause No.3 of the compromise pursis).

The appellant-claimants are at liberty to make appropriate application for withdrawal before the Reference Court. If the amount in the terms of compromise above is not deposited within one year, the claimants are at liberty to file Execution Proceeding before the Reference Court. 05.

The appeal stands disposed off. The award be prepared in terms of this order.

The civil application/s, if any, except the application to bring on record legal heirs, stand/s disposed off.
