For the reasons stated while disposing of the aforesaid group of petitions, the instant petition is also disposed of with following directions:

The respondent No.2 Collector, Jalna or any other officer subordinate to him not below the rank of Special Land Acquisition Officer or Sub Divisional Officer (Land Acquisition) is directed to complete the proceedings of the acquisition and

{2} wp 11353.17.odt declare the award determining amount of compensation in accordance with provisions of The Right to Fair Compensation & Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Re-settlement Act, 2013, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 04 (four) months from today. On declaration of award and determination of amount of compensation, the acquiring body i.e. respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall pay the amount as determined under the award to the respective petitioners or any other person entitled to receive the amount, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 03 (three) months from such determination.
