1] The Government Resolution dated 15th July, 2014, reserving 16% posts for members of the Maratha community, challenged in the Public Interest Litigation, has been upheld with reduction of the

2] The petition has been rendered infructuous as far as this Court is concerned. The matter is before the Supreme Court currently since the decision of the Division Bench of this Court has been challenged before the Supreme Court and notice in the petition seeking special leave to appeal has been issued.

3] The Public Interest Litigation is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
