In view of aforesaid, leave to withdraw first appeal is granted. First appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. Court fees be allowed to be withdrawn in accordance with the rules. 3.

In view of withdrawal of first appeal, it would be expedient to grant civil application no. 2055 of 2018 in terms of
