Applicant-original respondent has filed this application to condone the delay of 52 days caused in filing appeal against the Judgment and Award dated 8.3.2019 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Parbhani in M.A.C.P. No. 88/2013.

Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant referring the grounds in paragraph Nos. 2 and 3 of the application submitted that after the Judgment and Award the proposal of appeal was forwarded to the law department

2 928 CA10819-19 of the applicant. Time was consumed. It is submitted that the delay caused is not intentional and it has been caused due to administrative reasons.

The learned Counsel for the respondents-original claimants have no objection to grant the application. 04.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the applicant and the grounds mentioned in the paragraph Nos. 2 and 3 of the application, I find that the applicant has shown sufficient cause to condone delay. Therefore, delay is condoned and application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

Appeal be registered.

Place the appeal as well as the Civil Application No. 1672/2020 of the respondents claimants for withdrawal for further consideration on 24.2.2020. 07.

Call record and proceedings from the concerned Court. Office to see that record and proceedings is
