Mr. Jadhav, the learned counsel for the petitioner contends that objection raised by the petitioner about illegal inclusion of the names of voters from Ward No.1 to Ward No.3 is not taken cognizance of by the respondents.

The petitioner had given the list of those members whose names have been illegally included in Ward No.3. Many of them are family members of the petitioner. The Returning Officer decided the other objections but not the petitioner's objection. 2.

We have heard Mr. Kadethankar, the learned Advocate for the State Election Commission and learned A.G.P. 3.

The persons whose names are said to be illegally included in Ward No.3 have not raised any objection nor they are parties to the writ petition. Filing of nomination papers would start from 23.12.2020. Election programme is declared on 15.12.2020. Now it will be too late in the date to interfere with the election process. 4.
