JULY 29, 2024 ORDER :- This is an application for quashment of the FIR, being crime No.0129 of 2023, registered with Erandol Police Station, Dist. Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the matter has been settled between the parties. He submits that applicant no.1 - husband and respondent no.2 have approached the Family Court for mutual divorce and filed consent terms before the Family Court. Learned counsel for respondent no.2 - wife appears and submits that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement.

Applicant no.1 and respondent no.2 are present in the court.

Learned counsel for respondent no.2 places on record copies of the affidavit sworn in by both applicant no.1 and respondent no.2. Same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. Perusal of the same show that they have settled the dispute and approached the Family Court, for mutual divorce. 5.

In view of the above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
