3] Undisputedly, the mother of the prisoner died on 31.7.2015.

4] In view of the above, we grant parole for a period of ten days only to the petitioner from the date of his release from jail and shall surrender thereafter himself in accordance with the order passed by the Superintendent of Police in respect of the surety. 5] Petition is disposed of.
