This application is fled for suspension of substantial sentence of imprisonment by the present applicants who, admittedly, are convicted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dhule, on 24.07.2023 in Sessions Case No. 21 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced them to suffer R. I. for six months.

{2} Admittedly, the learned Trial Court had already released the applicants-accused on bail and they have also deposited the fne amount.

In view of the same, during the pendency of this appeal, the substantive sentence of imprisonment of the applicants is suspended on the same terms, as granted by the learned Trial Court.
