Mr. Sabnis, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that change report proceedings are pending since the year - 2016. The evidence of the petitioner is already concluded. The same is not yet decided. The proceedings were also expedited. The term of the committee would come to an end in June-2021.

2. We are not aware of the quantum of matters pending before the respondent. It appears that the proceedings are pending since the year - 2016.

In light of that, the respondent may endeavour to decide the proceedings as expeditiously and possible and preferably by June2021; of course by following the principles of natural justice.
