The writ petition can be disposed of in view of consensus that is arrived between the parties as regards the remeasurement of the properties which are subject matter of R. D. No. 18 of 2019. Without going into the dispute as to whether the petitioners were served with the copy of the notice while carrying out measurement of 40R land from Sy. No. 84/B/2, the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records to carry out the remeasurement of 40R land from land Sy. No. 84/B/2 and 1H 21R land from Sy. No. 85/A situated at Ausa within a period of two

(02) months from today. The petitioners and the respondent No. 1 to remain present for the measurement upon a notice to that effect being given by the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records. As the entire survey number will have to be measured

2 wp 9802.22 the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records is permitted to issue notices to the adjacent land holders by way of paper publication, which cost is to be born by the petitioners.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
