The applicants seek leave to intervene in the writ petition on the ground that, they are also supporting the petitioners. 2.

Mr. Sonpethkar, the learned counsel for the original writ petitioners, does not have any objection, if the present applicants are added as petitioners along with original writ petitioners.

We have also heard the Mr. Bankar Patil, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 4, so also the learned A. G. P. for the respondent No. 5.

As the original writ petitioners do not have any objection to join the present applicants as writ petitioners, present civil application is allowed. The present applicants are allowed to be added as petitioners along with original writ petitioners. The civil application is disposed of.

The amendment be carried out within a period of fourteen days from today.
