These applications are filed by the Original Claimants in Land Reference No. 1043 of 2010 for withdrawal of the compensation amount deposited by the acquiring body in this Court.

Learned counsel for acquiring body has no objection to refund the deposited compensation amount

ca11626.18 in accordance with the order passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 12909 of 2017 dated 13.10.2017 which pertains to the acquisition of land in the same village under the same award.

I have gone through the order passed by this Court on 13/10/2017 in Civil Application No. 12909 of 2017. So also considering the award and reasons assigned by the Reference Court, it will be appropriate to allow the applicants to withdraw 75% amount of compensation deposited in this Court on furnishing written undertaking in this Court within six weeks from the date of passing of this order to re-deposit the withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court. The balance 25% amount is permitted to be withdrawn by the applicants, on furnishing solvent security for the said amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).

Registrar (Judicial) to act accordingly.
