The civil application has been filed for adding grounds as well as paragraphs and some prayer clauses in the petition. 2.

The petition is at pre notice stage. The learned Advocates representing the respondents submit that notice is yet to be issued. 3.

In view of the above, this civil application is allowed with the following directions :

[a] Amendment be carried out in the memo of the petition, on or before 07.10.2022.

[b] Considering the magnitude of the amendment, a freshly typed amended copy of the petition memo, shall be placed on record, on or before the said date.

[c] The copies of the amended petition alongwith proper pagination, to be served upon all the respondents.

[d] After the above exercise is completed, list the petition in the "urgent admissions category" on 17.10.2022.
