The petitioner's proposal is pending with the Committee. Considering the exigency, by the order dated 21.06.2023 we had merely requested the Committee to make endeavour to decide the petitioner' s case within six weeks, obviously because the Committee also needed to be extended sufficient time to conduct the inquiry. 2.

The petitioner is again before us since he has been admitted to a course and is supposed to submit the validity by 16.08.2023. 3.
