This is an application seeking restoration of the writ petition which has been dismissed in default, together with the prayer clause condoning delay of 65 days in seeking restoration. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the application which have gone uncontroverted, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned and the writ petition shall stand restored subject to following conditions :
