Mr Nangare,learned Counsel holding for Mrs.Chincholkar, learned Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 invited our attention to the statement made in paragraph No. 6 of the affidavit-in-reply to submit that in view of the order of this Court dated 10th

( 2 ) 610cp.19 January, 2019, the application of the petitioner is decided and the claim of the petitioner is rejected. The copy of the communication dated 31st January, 2020 forwarded to the petitioner is also placed on record and annexed to the affidavit-in-reply at Exhibit-R-4 (page39). 3.

Considering the aforesaid facts as reflected in the affidavit-in-reply, Mr Yeramwar, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, if so advised, may challenge the order of rejection. 4.

In view of the aforesaid facts, it can safely be said that the order of this Court dated 10th January, 2019, passed in Writ Petition No. 5282 of 2018, is duly complied with and as the grievance of the petitioner no more survives the petition is disposed of.
