This application is filed for withdrawal of amount. While granting stay, this Court had directed the appellant to deposit 75% of the amount of total award. Said amount is deposited in this Court. The applicant relies on order dated 09.10.2023 passed in CA No. 10726 of 2023 in FA No. 2166 of 2021. This Court allowed the applicant therein to withdraw entire deposited amount. In view of the same, the following order :- (i) The applicant is permitted to withdraw entire amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest on giving usual undertaking.

(ii) The civil application is accordingly allowed and is disposed off.
