They further submit that the impugned judgment of the Industrial Court dated 16/08/2006 be modified in terms of Exhibit khs/Oct. 2015/10623-d

In the light of the above, the impugned judgment of the Industrial Court dated 16/08/2006 delivered in Revision (ULP) No.225/2004 is modified by consent of the parties in terms of Exhibit "X" and this petition is disposed of in terms of Exhibit "X". ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) khs/Oct. 2015/10623-d
