DATE : 07th February, 2025 Per Court :- The petitioner is questioning the judgment and order of the respondent Scrutiny Committee, dated 13.07.2019, refusing to validate his 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe certificate.

The impugned order of the respondent Scrutiny Committee is common order in the matter of the petitioner and his blood relative Lingeshwar Venkatrao Pillewad. 3.

This Court has already quashed and set aside the selfsame order to the extent of Lingeshwar Pillewad in Writ Petition No.9444/2019 by order dated 31.07.2019.

For the same reasons as have been recorded in the matter of Lingeshwar Pillewad (supra), the Writ Petition is allowed. The impugned order dated 13.07.2019 is quashed and set aside even to the extent of the petitioner. Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee shall immediately issue a certificate of validity to the petitioner of 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe, which shall be co-terminus with the validities which the Committee has decided to reopen.
