When the present petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel Shri Nagode submits that the petitioners have taken the papers back from him long back. The appearance of Advocate Shri Nagode, therefore, stands discharged. The appearance of Shri Karpe also stands discharged since, Advocate Shri Gatne now has caused his appearance for the said respondents.

Since, the petitioners have not taken care of appearing in person or engaging another counsel to represent them, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
