The petitioner is challenging the decision of respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee dated 18.07.2019 whereby, it refuses to validate his 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe certificate.

Admittedly, the order under challenge is common order in the matters of the petitioner and his blood relatives Akanksha Sahebrao Akulwar and Sarthak Sahebrao Akulwar. The impugned order was subjected to challenge by Akanksha and Sarthak in Writ Petition No.9075/2019 and the same has been

*2* 916wp10145o19 quashed and set aside to their extent by this Court vide order dated 24.07.2019.

For the selfsame reasons recorded in the order dated 24.07.2019 (supra), the Writ Petition is allowed. The impugned order dated 18.07.2019 is quashed and set aside even to the extent of the petitioner. Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee shall immediately issue a certificate of validity to the petitioner of 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe, which shall be co-terminus with the validities which the Committee has decided to reopen. kps ( PRAFULLA S.
