The relief claimed would be in the nature of Habeas Corpus. 2.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, the respondent No. 5 is detained with respondent Nos. 3 and 4. The petitioner is married with respondent No. 5. The respondent No. 5 wants to reside with the petitioner, however, respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are restraining. In that event, the petitioner may take appropriate steps to file writ petition in the nature of writ of Habeas Corpus. 3.
