AUGUST 23, 2024 ORDER :- This application has been filed by the original claimants for withdrawal of amount deposited by the insurance company, i.e. appellant before this court.

The challenge in the appeal is to the judgment and decree dated 31.01.2024, passed by learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jalna, in M.A.C.P. No.254 of 2021. The appellant - Insurance Company has deposited entire amount before this Court. 3.

Considering the nature of appeal, we permit the applicants to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited by the insurance company. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), on furnishing

20-ca9019 usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The apportionment be made as per the award. The application stands disposed of.
