Mr. P.S. Patil, leared Addl. G.P. accepts notice for respondent No.1 Mr. S.R.Yadav Lonikar, learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and submits that the impugned order is appellable before the Divisional Commissioner.
