Mr. Jadhav, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is transferred from Choufala to Kinwat on promotion. The promotional post is available at Choufala. Learned counsel submits that subsequently vide order dated 18.2.2005 the petitioner is posted at Choufala subject to the decision in this writ petition. 2.

Mrs. Deshpande, the learned counsel of respondents submits that one post at Kinwat is vacant for 2/3 years. There is division, as such the petitioner is transfered to Kinwat which would be very near to the place where the husband of the petitioner is transferred.

It is also submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has made representations at Exh. E and F to the respondent authorities, requesting to retain her at Choufala, however, the same is not considered. The petitioner during interregnum has been posted at Choufala as Head Mistress vide order dated 18.2.2015. In the light of above, we pass the following order:-

O R D E R

I.

The respondents shall take decision on the representation given by the petitioner (Exhibit E and F) on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy expeditiously, and till the decision is taken on the said representation, the petitioner be continued as per the order dated 18.2.2015 issued by the Education Officer (Primary), posting the petitioner at Choufala.

II.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
