The petitioner seeks re-fixation of pay including pension and other benefits.

It is submitted that the petitioner has already filed a representation with regard to the grievance raised in the present writ petition. 3.

Mr. Deshpande, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner would file a comprehensive

2 wp 9592.16 representation within two weeks with the respondents. The respondents be directed to decide the same.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case the petitioner files such a representation, the decision would be taken by the appropriate authority.

The petitioner may make a comprehensive representation as suggested by the petitioner to the appropriate authority. The appropriate authority naturally would take decision upon it on its own merits. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the recovery may not be claimed from the petitioner if it is not already recovered.

6.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
