By the present petition which is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed as under :- "

By writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or directions, the respondent Nos.1 and 2 be directed to grant an approval to the appointment of the petitioner dated 02.12.2013 as an Assistant Teacher as per the proposal dated 26.12.2013 submitted by the respondent No.4 school and release the salary of the petitioner since from his date of appointment and pay him regular monthly salary for that purpose necessary orders be passed."

The petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing respondent no.02 - Education Officer (Secondary) to decide proposal forwarded by respondent no.04 on 26.12.2013, seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher, on merits and in accordance with law, as

(3) W.P. No. 0245 of 2017 expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 08 (eight) weeks. We direct accordingly. 04.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
