Though the respondents are duly served in all these matters, no one has caused appearance for them. 2.

The delay caused in filing these appeals by the acquiring body is of 360 days. On perusal of the applications, it is revealed that the delay has been sufficiently explained. I am, therefore, inclined to allow the present applications. Hence, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i) The applications are allowed.

ii) The delay caused of 360 days in filing the appeals is condoned. The appeals be registered in accordance with law.

iii) All civil applications for condonation of delay stand disposed of.

iv) List all these appeals for further consideration along with First Appeal No.3692 of 2018, 3693 of 2018, 3694 of 2018, 3695 of 2018, 3696 of 2018 and 3697 of 2018 on 07.03.2019 'first on board'.
