Learned counsel for the petitioner states that, in P.I.L. No.36/2014, some orders have been passed and in compliance, show-cause-notices have been issued to the concerned persons including the respondent No.1 Dispute Redressal Officer. Thus, this petition has worked itself out. Even otherwise, alternative remedy in the nature of appeal is available to the petitioner and he may avail of the same. If the petitioner files an appeal, the delay caused in filing of appeal shall be considered by the appellate authority appropriately by considering the provisions of Section 14 of the Limitation Act in the sense that some time was spent in prosuecting the present Writ Petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
