In the meanwhile, the Petitioners shall produce the copy of the death certificate and make a statement as regards the delay caused in filing the second Civil Application No.13257/2018.

Leave to correct the prayer clause B in the first Civil Application No.11992/2018 so as to serve the legal heirs of Respondent No.2 and Respondent Nos.3 to 6 through Marathi daily "Divya Marathi, Aurangabad edition. Correction be carried out forthwith. Considering the above, the first Civil Application No.11992/2018 is allowed. Issue notice to the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.2 in Civil Application No.13257/2018 and Respondent Nos.3 to 6 in the writ petition, returnable on 14.12.2018.
