Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent/State.

The facts have been discussed in detail in the order dated 20.09.2022. It has been alleged against the applicant that he assaulted complainant, a public servant, with fiber stick. However, the said fiber stick has already been seized from the watchman of the hotel. Therefore, nothing is to be recovered from the applicant. In view of the fact, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order :- i) The application is allowed.

ii) The order granting interim protection to the applicant by the order dated 20.09.2022 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
