The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in a revision the Additional Commissioner Aurangabad remanded the matter to the Tahsildar in the year 2015, but as yet no decision has been taken on it by the Tahsildar.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for all respondents and submits that the Tahsildar will look into the matter. 3.

It appears that under order dated 28.09.2015 (page 12), the Additional Commissioner remanded the matter to the Tahsildar for fresh enquiry.

In case after remand the matter is pending with the Tahsildar, Paranda, Dist. Osmanabad, then the Tahsildar may take decision upon it on its own merits and policy, after hearing all parties, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of all the parties before it. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
