Learned counsel for applicant submits that there is typographical error which has crept in the order dated 27-07-2018 in clause (B) of paragraph no. 3 of said order which makes reference to rejected case no. 203 of 2014 instead of rejected case no. 303 of 2014 and in the circumstances, attempt to remove office objections could not succeed since office found it difficult to allow removal of office objections in rejected case no. 303 of 2014 as rejected case no. 203 of 2014 is mentioned. 2.

In the circumstances, necessary correction in clause (B) of paragraph no. 3 of order dated 27-07-2018, to take place.

2 CA/11710/2018 The figure "203" occurring in clause (B) of paragraph no. 3 of said order shall be replaced by figure "303".

Office objections, in the circumstances, be allowed to be removed within a further period of two weeks from today. Said correction be given effect to and order dated 27-07-2018, be corrected accordingly.
