Mr. Munde, learned counsel for respondent no. 3 / Municipal Council, Gangapur, on instructions, submits that the seal of the petitioner's shop would be de-sealed immediately. 2.

In view of the fact that the shop is being de-sealed, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

It is further submitted that the Municipal Council has passed resolution that petitioner

2 wp 10153.19 shall not carry out liquor business in the said shop. The petitioner can challenge the said resolution before the Collector.

4.

For a period of 15 days, the Municipal Council, shall not take further action against the petitioner pursuant to its resolution.

5.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
