We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. By an order dated 18/04/2018, passed by this Court in Public Interest Litigation No.98/2016, it was observed in paragraph Nos. 4, 5 and 6, as under :- "4.

Needless to observe that in case the Superintendent of Police has not taken any action pursuant to the complaint, the Superintendent of Police, Latur to take action on the said complaint expeditiously in accordance with law. 5.

With the above observations, the Public Interest Litigation stands disposed of.

In view of disposal of Public Interest Litigation, the Civil Application No.15234 of 2017 stands disposed of." 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Latur, has filed a ChargeSheet No.188/21, dated 17/11/2021, copy of which is shown to the Court.

In view of the above, since the respondents have purged the contempt, this petition is disposed off.
